To upgrade slack-tempo connect

We need to people be able to track the time spent on tasks via Slack. And be able to choose from the tasks that are assigned to them

https://help.tempo.io/timesheets/latest/tempo-for-slackI found this bot but It offers a bunch of tasks to choose from, but I can't filter out the ones assigned to me.
