Allow teams to choose which attribute values receive color assignments in the roadmap/portfolio view

Currently, when an attribute field has more than 12 values, each additional value appears grey when 'color by' is set to that attribute. I would appreciate the option to choose which values receive colors but any values beyond 12 are not visible in the color picker.
