Be able to buld edit work attributes from worklogs

When changing multiple work attributes through the logged time report, after each change the report is reloaded to show updated values, it would be useful if there was a method similar to the bulk edit, where the work attributes could also be changed. Waiting for the report reloading after each change takes much time and repetitive work.
