Support shortcut 'W' with Caps Lock

The keyboard shortcut 'w' to log work is case sensitive, but other Jira shortcuts are not.

STEPS TO PRODUCE

1. Turn on Caps Lock
2. Use the 'w' keyboard shortcut

EXPECTED RESULT

The log work keyboard shortcut should work.

ACTUAL RESULT

Log work 'w' does not do anything.
Other keyboard shortcuts work 'a' = assign, 'c' = Create issue
