When you see recent tickets in Tempo, it suggests tickets you've opened recently on JIRA. However, if I've been working on a ticket for a while, I may not open the ticket in JIRA, in such a case the ticket wouldn't show on the list. I think the most recent list should also show the tickets you've most recently logged time to in Tempo. If before lunch I logged time to TIC-1234 then after lunch I'm also likely to want to log time to TIC-1234.
