While creating new structure with Basic insert, i need Operators to meet conditions for forming the ourline

While creating structure with Insert Basic option, i need to use AND, OR, = , != operators for fields to mee the conditions and fetch exact work items.

E.g., I use 2 a component where I get to see tickets with both components tagged to the ticket, and should not show either of the present tickets.
