Ability to automatically enable the Outlook <> Tempo integration for all new users

We have a lot of new users onboarding to Tempo. Almost everyone uses the Outlook <> Tempo integration for timekeeping. It would be great if we had a setting as administrators that let us turn the integration "on by default" and giving folks the option to opt out, rather than having to periodically go in and add the integration to particular users.
