In an environment where work can be split across multiple projects a Team might need to be available on a lot of projects (possibly hundreds).

At the moment a Team is only available on the projects it is linked to on Cloud, while on Server/DC if no project was linked, it was available on all projects.

I suggest a similar approach as with the Accounts where you can set a Global flag on a Team which would make it available on all Projects. This would still make it choice but make for less administration and avoid having to update the Teams each time a new project is created.
