Currently, when a user submits their timesheet for approval:
Reviewer: Manager
Project Reviewers: Project Manager for Project A, Project Manager for Project B
The Reviewer receives notifications at the same time as the Project Reviewers, indicating that the timesheet has been submitted for approval. However, the Reviewer doesn’t receive anything once the project reviewers have approved the timesheet… So, the Manager (Reviewer) doesn't know when he can approve everything.
Ideally, the Reviewer should only receive an approval notification after all Project Reviewers have approved their respective portions of the timesheet. This would streamline the approval flow and reduce confusion.
To summarize:
When a user submits a timesheet, only the Project Reviewers should receive the initial notification.
Once all Project Reviewers have approved, then the Reviewer should be notified to complete the final approval.
