Due to strict regulatory requirements, our data residency must be set to either Canada or, if that is not available, the European Union.
Currently, Tempo is pinned directly to the closest available servers based on Jira. Our Jira instance is hosted in Canada, and the closest servers are the US-based ones. But we don’t want it to be that way. We would like for our data within Tempo to be hosted in the EU.
Apps like BigPicture allow us to directly migrate from their platform and we would like to have that option available for Tempo Timesheets as well. It's the ionly way for us to continue using this app.
