For webhook subscription allow to request why it was disabled using the api

Using the rest api you can create subscriptions to events send by the webhooks. You can register the subscriptions using the rest api of tempo but after x failed attempts the subscripiton gets deactivated.
Currently it is not possible without contacting support to know why a subscription has been deactivated.
So having an api that allows you to get this info would be a nice addition
