Allow Gantt auto scheduling to consider the current date as the start date for autoscheduled tasks that are not yet started. Either allow Project Start Date = Today or an autoscheduling option to move tasks in a "To Do" state to start on the current date. The current implementation of autoscheduling lets issues be forecast to start in the past when the issue state indicates the issue has not yet been started.
