Ability to manually split the time over a period

Use case: Example I have an issue, set the date and the duration. Right now, the planner is manually splitting the duration for each day equally for the date that I have set.

But that is not always applicable to all our users. We want to ask if we can manually split the time during the set date and set a duration for each day based on our availability.
