Differences between reviewer and approver

In the screenshot attached, you can see that in the first line of the “Status” column, X is correctly shown as a Reviewer (Réviseur in French).
However, in the last line, the same person (X), is also labeled as a Reviewer, even though in reality X is the Approver (Approuveur in French), for this one. This appears to be either a misconfiguration or a translation issue in the interface.
