What: When receiving invites from Clients and Customers, they cannot add a jira key to the meeting invite, so I need to duplicate this meeting with my own jira key in the title to make it show up in tempo (to accept with the correct time entry).
Why: I have NO control over client meeting formulations - I do have control over categories I add to them. --> removes double bookkeeping + when meeting get cancelled, the category goes with it. (+ in outlook, categories can be automated with mail rule)
--> I do categorize mails and add the issue key in the category (e.g. Client Meeting PROJ-123 ) so that issue key should be recognized as the key to book on.
--> In extension to this: tempo could automatically propose the same issue key for mails that are categorized the same way if one time entry for a specific category was already entered once.
