Dynamic Setting for default filter "Key=Jira IssueKey" at TimeEntry panel

The dynamic filter “Key= Issue key“ let the user not save, after user does any filter changes. User needs to save this report with other name and it is a static filter without any flexibility.

Use case: in the Time Entry panel of an issue should show all users Timesheet for 4 weeks and this report can be trigged by filter key= Jira Issue Key.

It is absolutely annoying that Time Tracker has only a static noch changeable somehow dynamic default filter that is used to show the worklog that the current user has done for the current issue.

There is only the ability to create static own filter, i.e. filter that specify static the issues the worklog should be reported for and for which users.

Instead of this it would be more then helpful, not to say absolutely necessary, to be able at least as system administrator to define the default filter to use and use in the JQL dynamic parameters like currentUser and current Issue. With that the system admin would be able to define what per default should be shown to the user in the time panel of time tracker.

Even better it would be that in addition ever use on it's own can overwrite this global default with a use specific default.

The current available functionality that a individual user can create saved static filters for a specific issue key and use this selectively for this issue, is really a more then worse workaround that was provided to us. As with that a user must create for every of his issues a own filter and also every time activate this when opening the issue. Really more then unusable.
