Currently, whenever a period is closed via scheduler (month or week), it will close the period only for users who do not have the Approve Timesheets permission.
Meaning, approvers can continue to edit their own worklogs until someone doesn't manually closes the period on Period Configuration.
This request is to either close the period for everyone (which is kinda expected), or to introduce an option on the scheduler page where users could choose to close the period for approvers or not.
