Tempo Ideas

Hi Team,

in our organization we are using Tempo very extensively for resource allocation, capacity planning.
only drawback we found is that Tempo currently doesn't accommodate the new demand/ resource requirement for future project or current ongoing project.
Though Generic resource feature is there, its functionality is limited to a team.
As a Resource Manager/Delivery Manager, i should have visibility to all the open demands in my organization and how much can be fulfilled internally and how much I need to hire externally what will be the start date for each demand, who is the hiring manger.
if you can include this feature, you tool will be a complete meal for tracking all operational activities of an organization.
