I would like to add skills with names more than 15 characters

Currently skill name is limited to 15 characters.

In order to add granular skills for multiple products that are easy to identify, it would be good to add skills with names up to length 100.

15 seems very restrictive and we need to create acronyms for all the skills we want to upload.
