I need to generate a report from Jira that seems fairly straight forward but doesn’t seem possible. I need to produce a report to show the time spent per employee in my engineering team and in total to particular projects (i.e. epics) in the last financial year.
Timesheet report
Grouped by epic name - so we can show total work logged to particular projects/features
Start and End date of last financial year
There’s no way to change the columns so they are Users or People. It will only show the weeks.
So I am having to recreate the same report for each of my 16 engineers and then combine them using Excel into a single report. Extremely time consuming.
