Calendar should start with first day of week from UI Preferences

Under Settings -> Configuration -> UI Preferences -> Date-Picker, the first day of the week can be set to either Sunday or Monday.

However, the calendar starts with Sunday, even if Monday is set as the first day of the week.

I would like the calendar to start with Monday, if Monday is configured as the first day of the week.

Fully agree, this seems like a bit of an oversight and would be a great improvement. In my experience, no company I know of starts its work week on Sunday, so having the calendar start with Monday when configured that way would make it much more intuitive.
