I’d like to submit an enhancement request regarding Tempo Timesheets’ handling of “Internal Issues” such as Annual Leave and Medical Leave.
Currently, when a day is marked under Holiday Schemes, the working capacity is automatically reduced (e.g., from 40 hours/week to 32 hours/week), and the day is visually highlighted. However, when Annual Leave or Medical Leave is logged under “Internal Issues,” the hours are not deducted from the working capacity, nor are the days visually highlighted.
Proposed Enhancement:
Allow entries under “Internal Issues” (Annual Leave/Medical Leave) to reduce the user’s working capacity in the same way as Holiday Schemes. (optional to choose whether to reduce or not so that can cater these two requirements at once)
Optionally, visually highlight these days in the timesheet (e.g., in red or blue, similar to holidays).
Alternative Solution:
If direct capacity deduction is not feasible, provide a visual highlight for “Internal Issues” days to make them easily distinguishable, helping with planning and reporting.
This feature would help ensure more accurate capacity planning and improve visibility for leave management.
