Stop Team Leads from Approving Timesheets when the Period is Closed

regarding Tempo periods, checking the documentation it reads, that once the period is closed for all:

Closed for all - no one can log time or edit worklogs. Team leads and approvers can still approve timesheets, but they can’t edit worklogs.

It would be good to have the ability so Team Leads cannot approve Timesheets once the period is closed.
