Report customization: ability to choose which fields appear as rows and columns

Currently, reports display dates on one side and work items on the other, with no option to customize. Users would benefit from being able to choose which fields are displayed as rows and columns.

Additionally, it would be useful to allow grouping by the start date of the worklog, enabling users to view and analyze user activity on a per-day basis directly within the report view, without needing to export and reformat externally.
