Hello,

We’d like to suggest an enhancement for the Tempo Timesheets app regarding the use of service accounts.

Currently, it seems that service accounts cannot log time like standard user accounts. It would be extremely helpful if service accounts could be treated similarly to regular users in this context — allowing time entries to be recorded against them.

This feature would be particularly useful for tracking work done by external teams or contractors who are not active Jira users but whose efforts still need to be reflected in project reporting and time tracking.

Being able to log time for service accounts would improve visibility, accountability, and reporting accuracy across projects involving third-party contributors.
