Show time tracking information as percentage (%)

Allow users to view time tracking data as percentages of the original estimate, in addition to the existing absolute time values.

Currently, Tempo displays time tracking in absolute units (in hours). Users would benefit from seeing time spent and remaining time as a percentage of the original estimate. For example:

  • Original estimate: 10d

  • Time spent: 5d → Time spent % = 50%

  • Remaining estimate: 5d → Remaining % = 50%
