Hello Team!

In Planning Mode, when Cards is selected as Resource Row Focus, currently the displayed values are Total Hours and Availability, which are displayed as number of hours.

In my organization there is a significant group of users (Project Managers and Team Leaders) that are asking for Planned Hours to be displayed as a Percentage (%) of Total Capacity.

They are accustomed to this metric from another resource planning tool and, since we are looking to replace that with Tempo Planner, this display option would be a big win.

Also, this enhancement would be an easy win, since the data is already there: Total Hours, Availability and Capacity. It just needs a third button (Planned %) that changes the displayed values into % values.
