TIMESHEETS - Give full Tempo permission to a reporting user (so they can pull all data), without needing to add individually to every project and also so that they don’t show as an approver to users.

Hi Team,

Abdalla from Tempo here. Raising this on behalf of our client Rimes, in relation to support ticket "TCS-96722" and the response they received to raise an idea. I added the main's CP e-mail address instead of mine.

We a couple of different reporting users that we need to be able to pull time approval data out of Tempo.

Current to enable this, we have had to enable these users as project approvers at both a team level and all have them added in as approvers to every individual Tempo project. This has caused a fair bit of issue with users submitting time to these reporting users and people forgetting to add the reporting users to new Tempo projects.

Could you please tell me how I can give full Tempo permission to a reporting user (so they can pull all data), without needing to add individually to every project and also so that they don’t show as an approver to users.
