When users click on a time slot in Week View within the Resource Planning module, Tempo automatically creates a plan without any confirmation or manual input.
While this is currently expected behavior, it causes unintended plan creation, especially for newbie users or users with sensitive touchpads/mice

This leads to:

• Accidental plans and overbookings

• Confusion due to inconsistent behavior between Day View and Week View

• Inaccurate reporting when plans are created unintentionally

We suggest one (or both) of the following improvements:

1. Add a setting that allows administrators to disable automatic plan creation in Week View.

2. Introduce a confirmation pop-up, e.g., “Are you sure you’d like to create this plan?”, before creating a plan.

These changes would improve user experience and data integrity, especially for large teams or organizations training new users.
