As a manager of managers, I want to have the ability to view the timesheets of the employees who report to the people on my team. If a user is in a team where I am lead, I should be able to view timelogs for everyone who is in a team where they are lead, and so on. That way, leadership has visibility into the work logged by their whole team.

This issue continues to be a problem for our company and we would very much appreciate a way to address it. I'm adding a use case from one of our employees:
Current State: Upline Managers do not have visibility in tempo without creating tempo reports of their entire team to hold down-line managers and team-members accountable for on-time submission and approvals.
Use Case: As a Director on CD-Create I have 2 Sr. Managers who report to me directly and 1 Manager who reports to a Sr. Manager and many indirect reports. As the Director over the entire team, I don’t have easy visibility to see if anyone on my overall team hasn’t submitted and/or approved a given timesheet. I can pull a tempo report and/or review the dashboard reporting to see the time entered, but I can’t see if they timesheet has been ‘submitted’ and/or ‘approved' When I have a Sr. Manager out of the office on vacation I am unable to approve downstream timesheets.
