Custom Charts for Jira - Calculation for the goal line

Hi There!

The recent addition of the goal / trend line are great, but some iteration and more control over the goal line would make this a lot more powerful.

Ideally I would like to add a ideal line similar to the Jira burnup "guideline" line, so a goal that changes over time rather than a flat value across the period of time.
