The DHCS PMO is using Tempo Financial Manager to enable PMs to track project costs (e.g., invoices, staff hours, etc.). A useful enhancement will be to add additional configurable columns to the Budget Milestone Detail table located on the FM > Configuration > General page (see attached).
For example, the DHCS PMO would like to track the following in addition to the fields provided:
Milestone type (drop down) - useful for identifying whether it is an invoice, WOA, or some other $$ vehicle
Invoice # (text) - useful for tracking invoice number for reference
Vendor Name (drop down, linked to accounts) - useful for linking for projects w/ multiple vendors
Notes (text) - useful for providing additional details apart from the Description
