We are using the Tempo Team Timesheet gadget on Jira dashboards for weekly payroll and reporting purposes.
We would like clarification and confirmation on the following limitations we are encountering:
The Team Timesheet dashboard gadget does not allow selecting a custom date range (custom start and end dates).
The gadget only supports predefined periods (Current period, Previous period, Week, Two weeks, etc.).
There is no option to select “Last Week” as a period.
Even when “Week” is selected, there is no navigation option (arrows) available in our instance to move to the previous week.
The Utilization column cannot be hidden or removed from the gadget.
These limitations make it difficult to use the gadget for payroll, auditing, and compliance reporting, where a fixed Last Week or custom pay-period view is required.
Please confirm whether these behaviors are expected product limitations.
Advise if there is any configuration, workaround, or feature flag that enables:
Selecting Last Week in the Team Timesheet gadget
Using custom date ranges
Hiding columns such as Utilization
Navigating to previous weeks reliably
