Column view for Tempo reports

Hello,

In Tempo reports, when I add Tempo fields, Jira fields, and custom fields in the Group By tab, the report displays all the data for each issue one below the other.

However, I would like the data to be displayed column-wise instead.

We want a way to configure the report to show the data in columns

    Our requirement goes beyond displaying Group By fields as columns.

    We would like Tempo to support:

    • Custom Work Attributes as columns in Timesheet and Reports

    • User-defined calculated columns

    • Formula-based metrics (e.g. AI Hours = Logged Hours × AI Usage %)

    • Aggregation and reporting of calculated metrics

    This would enable organizations to track AI adoption, overtime hours, productivity indicators, and other custom KPIs directly within Tempo.
