We are in the process of integrating Tempo into our organization and have encountered an issue with the Select Issue screen when logging time in My Work.
Our workflow relies on a specific custom field used to classify activities across the organization. However, we’re unable to include this custom field in the search criteria when selecting an issue. Since many of our projects contain multiple issues with identical or very similar summaries, being able to filter or search by this classificator is essential for accurate time logging.
This feature is not available on Tempo and i have confirmed so with Tempo support.
