Tempo logging dialogue shall only open if account is not closed

When I am working in a ticket and I want to log my time spent on it, I can open the tempo dialogue and add all details. Only when saving the dialogue is when the account status is checked. If it is closed, my entry cannot be saved. It would be very cool to show this warning in the moment, I click on the button to log a time, so I don't enter my data in vain.
