I need an ability to configure a recurring project that has a monthly retainer of, let's say $10k... i.e., we can spend up to $10k per month. Each month the actual budget resets to the defined amount. Some months the budget may be higher than others.
I'd imagine entering these on the new milestone budget screen something like so: 1 Apr 2020 $10k, 1 May 2020 $10k, 1Jun $20k, and 1Jul of 10k.
When you show actual values on the graph, these 'reset to 0' on the date of the budget milestone.

NOTE: It would be quite common to run this report for say only 1 month at a time.
