Currently, visibility and access to the Internal Settings within Tempo are determined solely by permissions. This "all-or-nothing" approach creates a bottleneck where users who need to manage specific configurations must be granted full administrative rights, posing a security risk and cluttering the UI for non-administrative staff.
Implement a Section-Level Permission Mask for the Internal Settings page. This would allow an administrator to define which specific sections (e.g., Billing, Work Attributes, Team Schemes) are visible or editable based on:
Individual Users
Jira User Groups
Project Roles
