Comprehensive Data Portability: Support for Export/Import of Teams, Reports, and Global Settings

Users currently lack a seamless way to migrate between instances (e.g., Sandbox to Production or Server to Cloud). While worklogs and basic plan data can be moved, the following are lost:

  • Tempo Teams: Membership, links to programs, and team-specific permissions.

  • Reports: Custom saved reports and configurations.

  • Settings: Global configurations, account links, and work attribute setups.
