Ensure notifications are sent consistently every week, without interruptions or missed cycles.
Investigate and resolve any gaps in the notification schedule.
Clear Notification Content
Each notification should clearly specify:
The week(s) for which timesheets are pending.
The due date for each pending timesheet.
A direct link to complete each pending timesheet.
Escalation Process for Overdue Timesheets
Implement an escalation mechanism for timesheets that remain unsubmitted after multiple reminders.
Escalations could include notifying the user’s manager or HR after a configurable number of missed weeks.
Approval Reminder Functionality
Continue development of approval reminders for managers to ensure timely review and approval of submitted timesheets.
