Additional Approval Period & REST API Extension

On behalf of our Client Solventum ($109K) - feasibility of introducing an additional approval period at the end of the month while maintaining weekly approvals. Also if the REST API could be extended to provide an endpoint to set time periods to be open / open for approvers / closed for all . This can be done only from the GUI right now.
