When you have staff (users) with the same name, there is no way in Tempo to differentiate them so that you who is who. This causes major problems when you need to add a specific member to a team but are presented with multiple users to select and not knowing the correct staff to select.
The only way around this (which isn't bullet proof) was to search in for the users in Jira and find the results, and try and match the colour of their avatar hoping it aligns in Tempo.
