Utilization is available as a column, but it is calculated as a per-user metric (Required vs Logged according to the workload scheme), it does not consider any aggregation of Utilization itself when grouping (such as by Team or Program).
When you group by Team/Program, numeric fields like Required and Logged are summed.
Utilization is not recalculated at the higher grouping level and is only shown at the individual user level.
