As a user of Tempo Timesheets, I would like to be able to apply multi-level hierarchical grouping in capacity and planning reports.
More specifically, I need to:
Group data first by Programs,
then by Teams,
and finally by Users,
while still being able to display users with 0% capacity.
At the moment, this is only possible when grouping directly by User, which does not meet my reporting needs. Without hierarchical grouping, it is difficult to analyze capacity gaps at program or team level and to clearly identify unallocated users in a structured way.
This enhancement would significantly improve reporting flexibility and make capacity analysis more actionable for managers and PMOs.
