As we noticed that, hours required to work is 40hrs for a week and there is a couple of days holidays for the week so user logged 24 hrs. for that week but while submitting an timesheet the pop up still shows that 40 hrs required which confusing.
So submit popup should take holidays in consideration so that the both hours required and logged should be the same.
