Tempo Ideas

We would like to propose an enhancement for Tempo Timesheets to include additional unique user identifiers such as:

• Email Address

Currently, when multiple users have identical display names, it becomes difficult to accurately track and validate timesheet entries, project hours, approvals, and reporting data. Including at least one unique identifier in the Timesheet UI, exports, and reports would significantly improve user identification and reduce operational confusion.

Suggested implementation ideas:

• Optional column selection for Email ID / Employee ID in Tempo reports and timesheets.

This enhancement would be very useful for organizations with large user bases and common employee names.

Please consider this request for future implementation.
