Planning for multiple teams against the same work item

Organizations need the ability to plan multiple teams against the same Jira work item (Epic, Feature, etc).

There are instances during planning where multiple teams will be allocating their time against the same item.

Currently, there is not a way to accomplish this in Capacity Planner.
