Expose Worklog Move Events and Replacement Worklog ID in the Deleted Worklogs Audit API

Enhance the deleted-worklogs audit API so moved worklogs can be distinguished from true deletions.

Additional data points to return:

  • eventType = MOVED or DELETED

  • replacementTempoWorklogId

Example:

eventType = DELETED
replacementTempoWorklogId = null

eventType = MOVED
replacementTempoWorklogId = 318567


This would allow external billing, ERP, data warehouse, and project tracking integrations to preserve transaction identity and avoid duplicate downstream postings.
