Allow Plan Time only for specific Work Item types

It's possible to restrict the availability of Log time (a Jira native function) to specific Work Item types by adding a property to Workflow statuses. Could you make it possible to restrict the availability of Plan time (a Tempo thing) to specific Work Items and if possible in specific projects?
