When selecting a reporting period in Tempo Timesheets, it would be nice to be able to have predefined custom periods. At Imagine Microelectronics we use Tempo Timesheets to produce the evidence required by the public authorities providing funding for R&D projects. Typically the reporting runs over project-specific periods defined in the agreements setup with the public authority. For EU-funded projects, these are typically years based on a T0 start date; For our national authority level (the Walloon Region), the reporting periods are semesters (half-years) starting also on a T0 day.

So the request would be to be able to define "custom periods" which are project specific (tied to a JIRA "space") and appear in the menu. The periods of interest would be "project years" that is a year starting at a T0 date and ending on the end of the day before its anniversary (T0 + 12 months); and also "project semesters", that is a half year starting at T0 date and ending on the end of the last day of the 6 months day-to-day period.

Also adding a calendar semester (half-years starting on 1st of January, and 1st of July) would be usefull.

Presently the "custom period" allows to obtain an equivalent result, but it requires too many clicks, especially when looking repetitively at the data.
